I found a very easy to make non dairy chocolate cake recipe that gets compliments every single time:1 ? cups flour1 cup white sugar1 cup cold water1/3 cup cocoa powder1/3 vegetable shortening, or vegetable oil1 tablespoon cider vinegar (do not use other vinegars, must be "cider vinegar")1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon baking soda? teaspoon saltCombine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
